Ken and family. I feel privileged that I got to work with Jennifer. She was surely missed by staff and clients when she left the Fort Erie branch to go to the call centre. She was a wealth of knowledge and information. She was a whiz with trivia. She sure knew a lot of information about some of the most interesting things. She was fun, generous and a genuine person. She will be missed by so many but above all her family. We at work could see just how much her family meant to her. Rest in Peace Jennifer.

To Jim and family, my heart goes out to you all. Jim, the way you spoke about Jen-from the growing up years to the wonderful times at the cottage, I knew what a lovely person she was.
