Obituary of Judy Winger

Winger, Judy Elaine (nee Cline) passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side, on Thursday September 7th 2023 at the age of 76.  Loving wife of 56 years to Ivan. Cherished Mom of Michelle (Michael) Piett, Tammy (Rod) Parker, Nicole (Micheal) Empringham and Elisha (Travis) Smith.  She adored her 13 grandchildren: Rebecca (David) Hicks, Sarah (Jairo) Meza, Jacob (Selam) Piett, Josiah (Kara Lee) Piett; Brianna and William Popovich; Carson, Lily, and Marcus Empringham; Owen (Laura), Taylor, Nolan and Alannah Smith;  and 6 great-grandchildren Wesley, James and Luke Hicks; Abby and Micah Meza and Ezra Piett.

Survived by her cherished siblings Bonnie and Jerry.  Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Ruth Cline and siblings Dennis and Stacia.

Mom made her mark on this world with her servant heart, her generosity and always putting others before herself. Mom loved others well and faithfully prayed for her family, friends and church. Mom had a way of making each person that entered into her life feel valued and cared for. Words cannot express how deeply she will be missed.

Arrangements entrusted to Williams Funeral Home, 722 Ridge Rd North Ridgeway with visitation on Monday, Sept. 11th from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral service will take place at Port Colborne BIC Church on Tuesday Sept. 12th at 11am with lunch.  Interment to follow at Bertie Brethren in Christ Cemetery on Church Rd Stevensville.
