Our thoughts and prayers go to Ivan and family. Judy was the best friend of my sister, Lois Sallans. I have so many memories of the two of them together: cooking at camps, going to the St. Jacob's market, laughing and praying together. When Lois was diagnosed with dementia more than 16 years ago, it was Judy and Ivan who were the support system for Lois and her husband Wally. I remember a time at the Elmira Maple Syrup festival when Judy was looking after Lois and they both came to the booth with these huge turkey legs and big grins. She will be missed.
