My deepest condolences to John's family The two of us spent most of our teens building our Contraptions. Go-carts, mini-bikes dune-buggies and cars at our various car club locations. We always were doing something he was truly a mechanical wizard. I was shocked to hear of his passing . John will always be in my memories .

Chin, the only kid in grade 8 with a goatee! We were in cub scouts together, high school, and when I was in town I’d visit John at Ovila’s Sunoco. After that I’d find him around town or at his shop, always working on a project.
He was a good man and I’m sorry he left so early. I hope he’s found a Radio Shack warehouse to tinker in on the other side, good bye John.
