Kim and Family...my heartfelt thoughts at the sudden loss of Minnie. As I sit here in tears I will remember Marlene as a beautiful lady as well as a former employee with the Town whom treated me like a son. As a smart ass summer employee I soon learned from Marlene what the real world was all about. Oh yeah, she was one tough lady and at the same time she showed me compassion. I knew I earned her trust when she and Anne invited me to Wednesday at Willy's as part of the gang, I think I was the only male to receive this honour and for that I will cherish forever.
Love ya and RIP Minnie, Jack

I worked with Marlene back from early 80's and was part of the original "Willy's Gang"... Marlene endeared herself to so many of us and was a super special mentor to us & especially Denise. Have a good laff with Ray now that you are together again... will miss your smile & sweet nature. Bev Rubicini (Smith/Foley)

I also worked with Marlene at the Town Hall, we worked hard & I have great memories of that time. But she will always be Minnie Pearl to me & only a few will remember this.
Rest in Peace Minnie & say hi to Ray for me. Love you

I worked with Marlene at the Town and have been her neighbour for the last six years. I was in on a few of those liquid lunch Wednesday’s with Marlene and Anne during our working years and what a great time we had. She is finally with Ray again and I’m sure she is happy. RIP Marlene. You’ll be missed
