Years have passed yet memories remain So many wonderful services that I had the pleasure of singing with Fred. The hours we would practice on his balcony singing The Ole Rugged Cross! until the harmony was just perfect. Fred was one of the first parishioners to make my daughter and I feel so welcomed at Windmill for that. we will be eternally grateful. Heaven received yet another angel to their choir! Condolences to all of Fred’s family. Paulette n Carrie-Anne

We who are older can recall Fred's journey to embracing Christ as his Lord and Saviour. There was never a truer conversion. He was a naturally brilliant entertainer who then used his talents as an ambassador in God's field, beckoning people to new life in Christ by his witness and zeal, combined with his wit and humour. I can't think of anyone who could mimic Johnny Cash or Popeye with such appealing vigour. His life was full and a blessing to many. He ran the race to the finish, and so achieved that crown of glory. Deepest condolences to Nancy and all the family. "Well done, thou good and faithful servant."

I will always remember the good times listening to Fred and the family sitting in our small kitchen playing guitar, singing and laughing. Fred could always bring a smile to your face with a good joke or two.
Our condolences to all the family.

Fred and I shared innumerable hours discussing all things Bible over the decades; most notably prophecy and the end times.
I will sorely miss our coffee shop discussions and his humerous, humble manner.
Freddie, enjoy the mansion you so richly deserve in Christ.
Your old buddy in the Lord,
Mike Van Natter
