Obituary of Lila Anne Klussmann

KLUSSMANN, Lila – Passed away at home on Wednesday September 9, 2015. Born on October 23, 1949 in St. Augustine, Quebec, on the Lower North Shore. Predeceased by her parents Scott Nadeau and Rene Nadeau (nee Kennedy) and brother Elwood Nadeau. Beloved wife of William Edward (Bill) Klussman whom she married on October 10, 1987. Sister of Lucy Nadeau (Wilson Card), Brian Nadeau (Brenda Simpson), Harvey Nadeau (Colleen Mc Kinnon Nadeau). Survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Lila left home at the age of 13 to work as a candy striper and a phone operator in Quebec prior to joining the Royal Bank where she progressed through many positions over her 31 year career with the bank. Lila and Bill both worked for the Royal Bank through their marriage and retired together on April 30, 2006. Lila had a passion for reading and loved to travel the world with her husband Bill. Arrangements entrusted to Williams Funeral Services 722 Ridge Rd. North, Ridgeway. A service to celebrate Lila’s life will be held at the funeral home on Monday afternoon at 1 o’clock with a reception to follow.
