Although Lila will be sadly missed, we shall always have the wonderful memories that she has brought to our lives over several years. The good times that we have enjoyed with Lila and Bill on several cruises, and many happy visits together over the years, shall be with us forever. We feel honored to have shared life with such a wonderful, fun-loving person. God be with you both.

I know you are in a better place, but you will be missed by so many people that u always made smile. Bill she told me many times how good u took care of her and we all saw that, we are all thinking of you at this time if there is anything we can do for you please let us know. Bill, We are so saddened by Lila’s passing. We met you both on our First ever Cruise in the Caribbean and what a wonderful time it was. As you are aware both Lila and Anita loved the heat and sun so it didn’t take long for that connection. Lila’s infectious smile and friendly personality is what we will always remember. We were so glad to see Lila just a short few weeks ago, even though we can’t imagine what she was going through, she showed strength and always with that unforgettable smile. She also looked forward to finding out about our search for a sailboat and wanted to be kept up to date on our search.
Lila, we will miss you!
Doug & Anita

My Aunt Lila spent allot of time with me and my brothers over the years growing up. Once I found my calling in the Canadian Armed Forces communicating became far and few but when we did talk there was plenty to say and details to share. We would compare notes of past experiences of the many different countries we visited at different times and identify the similarities. Aunt Lila...thank you for the memories, both good and bad. You were always there and you always cared, I will miss you.
Your oldest nephew,
Derek

I first met Lila on the 1615 GoTrain from Union to Georgetown and I was always addressed as Cousin as that was, & still is, my title through family connections. Whilst we didn't meet that often, as I live the other side of The Pond, when we did there was always a warmth & an infectious smile, as well as greeting, that I shall always cherish. So farewell to a lovely lady & may she find solace & peace always.
