Art Heise became "Uncle Arthur" to so many of us through his enthusiastic leadership at the beginning of the BIC camping program. He helped get it off to a great start. I also remember fondly the Bible quizzing competitions between Fallsview and Walsingham, when I was still a young teen. He was an encourager, with a great sense of fun.
