I remember Jean coming to the "Y" pool, always so happy & cheerful , Bentley my daughter's dog, use to go visit Jean when she was on her porch, such a lovely lady, it's so sad to know I won't see her on her porch or always walking with her walker.

Our heartfelt condolences to the family of Jean.
Jean and Elmer were long time family friends of our Mom and Dad. I have fond memories of our visits to the farm as a kid, and then later to the house in Ridgeway. (I think that my visits to the farm were more fun than Heather's visits to my house in the city.) As I grew older, I realized that I could never do all that Jean did on that farm!
When I think of dear Jean, these words come to mind... a lovely smile, kindness, very welcoming, up for most anything, a loving Mom, excellent cook, a very good listener, and extremely patient!
May all of the wonderful memories of Jean sustain you and bring you peace, and may perpetual light shine upon her. God Bless.

Jean was a great friend of mine. We had lots of laughter, sometimes tears but always lots of fun together. She was an excellent seamstress and helped make a ruffle to go on the back of my Victorian dress which I cherish greatly. She made so many masks during Covid and gave them away to anyone. Always willing to share whatever she had.her smile and her laughter will be missed. Now Jean can enjoy her great reward and rest. Missing you always . Michelle Bearss
