My heart is heavy and so sad as I just today today learned of Kim’s passing. I worked with Kimmie at Scotiabank in Fort Erie and she was always so kind and helpful to co-workers and customers. She was so much fun to be with, always going the extra mile to help everyone and always with a smile. I’m so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother and wife. May your many memories help you through each day. Remembering you Kimmie, rest peacefully, Wendy Ruiter

Oh, my heart was made heavy when I learned of our Kim's passing. I came to Fort Erie in early 2007, and went to the Scotiabank to open a bank account - Kim was there and "opened" my account, and was incredibly nice and helpful in the process. She greatly served me many dozens of times (over the years) since that first day. We always exchanged a laugh and a smile. Bless your heart dear lady! Save me a good spot.

I didn't know Kim as a friend but I knew her as a customer at Scotiabank. Always pleasant and could tell she was highly regarded by her associates. She taught me to adapt to living in a small town..being patient..take a minute to ask how I was doing...she was kind an thoughtful and will leave a lasting impression. My deepest condolences to the Varga Family. I met Kim back in high school. When I married and moved to Fort Erie, meeting up with her at Scotiabank made banking every week a pleasure. I will miss our weekly stories about high school, our children and just stories in general. I will keep her in my thoughts.
