Obituary of Charles Vincent King

King, Charles (Charlie) Vincent passed away at home on Friday January 5, 2024 at the age of 89. He is predeceased by his 1st wife Shirley Maxine King, 2nd wife Peggy (Miller) King, infant daughter Sharon, parents William (Frank) & Gertrude & brother-in-law Hugh Cullen.

He is survived by daughters Charlotte Gore (Marty), Susan Roy (Norm). Grandchildren Melanie Ripa (Roger), Valery Gore (Darryl Biggins), Shane Roy & great grandsons Elliott Ripa & Shane Roy Jr., his siblings Richard King (Kathleen), Doug King (Bernice) & Joyce Cullen. Also survived by stepchildren Linda Knoop & son Daniel, Paul Miller & Family, Mark Miller & Family, many nieces & nephews.

Charlie was a Master Mechanic at Motorville Niagara Falls alongside his brothers Richard & Doug for a time and then with the Niagara Parks Commission.

He was an avid fisherman and hunter and acquired his Private Pilot’s License and a share in a two seater COLT with his buddy Alex.

A private family funeral is planned.
