Obituary of Allan Thomas Chambers

Chambers, Allan Thomas - 

Passed at home, surrounded by family on Saturday June 4th, 2022 at the age of 71. Predeceased by his parents Osmond and Florence (Thomas), Allan passed after a courageous two and a half year battle with cancer. He fought hard, right until the end. 

Allan will be greatly missed by his wife of 46 years Margaret (Hansler). Survived by his children Keith (Elizabeth), Kevin (Krista) and Cheryl (Gord) Allen. He will be missed by grandchildren Adam Syme, Daisy and William Chambers, Sheldon Chambers, Tricia, Sydney, Jesse and Jace Allen. Also survived by his brothers and sisters. 

A special thank you to his nurse Adnan at St. Elizabeth’s, the Walker Cancer team, Dr. Ephrat, Lisa, Dr. Scher and his favourite nurse - his sister Carol Keast. 

In lieu of flowers Allan requested donations to McMaster Children’s Hospital or Ronald McDonald House South Central Ontario (Hamilton) for all their support to William and family. 

Williams Funeral Services entrusted with funeral arrangements. Visitation will commence Tuesday June 7, 2022 from 6-8PM. Wednesday June 8^th from 10-11AM  followed by the Funeral Service in the chapel. Burial to follow at Bertie Cemetery, Stevensville.
