Obituary of Glen Arthur Winger

Winger, Glen - It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Glen Arthur Winger at Port Colborne Hospital on March 30, 2022 in his 74th year. His brief battle with cancer showed his courage and strength. Survived by his loving companion Beverly Marsh and his former wife Barbara Kostyk (nee Zimolag). Beloved father to Alison (Raymond Jr.) Hebert and Eric (Lisa) Winger. Cherished Popa to his beautiful grandchildren, Brandon, Sara-Jane, Raymond III, Jeffrey, Daniel, Brian, Lucian, Starr and Olivia. Loving son of Shirley and the late Bert Winger of Ridgeway. Dear brother to Ivan (Judy), Sharon (Garry), Lyle, Sandra (Brian), Orlin (Gloria), Dale (Colleen) and Nancy (Gord). Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Thank you to all the nurses that cared for Glen and the following doctors; Dr. Che, Dr. Sur, Dr. Hallock and Dr. Scher. Glen was a retired foreman from Walker Ridgemount Quarry. He had a love for Nascar, nature and wildlife. He will be deeply missed.
