Obituary of Anna Brewster

Anna Brewster 1953 - 2021

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anna Brewster on December 19, 2021 at the age of 68.

Predeceased by her loving husband Jack, their son JJ as well as her parents Matthew and Krystyna Zarek.

She is survived by her loving daughter Jennifer (Richard) Wilkinson and daughter-in-law Nicole. Her memory will live on through her adoring grandchildren Jake, Bianca and Luke. Sadly missed by her sisters Margaret Barrett and Izabel (David) Flowers, nieces and nephews Bradley, Michelle, Kyle, Andrew and Kitt as well as members of the Brewster family and her large circle of friends. Anna loved her music. She completed level 8 for piano at The Royal Conservatory of Music. Anna graduated from the Toronto Institute of Medical Technology as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. She worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and Douglas Memorial Hospital in Fort Erie. She retired in 2013. The family extends their thanks to the compassionate staff of Douglas Memorial Hospital.

A Mass at St. George’s Roman Catholic Church will be held on Wednesday December 29, 2021 at 11 a.m., with interment to follow at Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery. Covid 19 protocols will be in place, including mandatory mask, social distancing and capacity limits.
