Surrounded by love, Kelly passed away on Saturday June 26th, 2021, at the age of 61.  He was married to the love of his life Diana (nee Schaeffer) for over 35 years.  Proud father of Leanna (Tim) Rowland, Megan (Seth Cudney) Rowe and Rachel (Blake Paylove) Rowe.  His grandchildren Wrenna, William and Lucas will hear countless stories of the adoration their grandfather had for them.  He leaves behind his parents Patricia and George, siblings Debbie (Pat) Grist, Karen (Dave) Hest, Janette (Wayne) Morgan, Barb Rowe, Doug (Adriana) Rowe and a large extended family that includes many nieces and nephews.  He will also be remembered well by the members of the Schaeffer family, and his friends, especially Jim, Dave and Tim. Their visits over the last several months kept his spirits lifted. 

Kelly was a proud member of the Local 18 Carpenter's Union and he leaves a legacy of fine workmanship behind him all throughout the region. He’ll be remembered as the ultimate handy man with the most gentle and easygoing attitude. He loved life, loved his family, and loved just being at home.

We will celebrate Kelly's life with prayer and fellowship at The Village Church, 2536 Stevensville Rd, Stevensville on July 3rd at ten o'clock.  This will be an outdoor service.  Please dress for comfort (anything plaid is encouraged!). If you wish to make a donation in Kelly's memory, we would ask that you consider the The Village Church or the Community Outreach Program Erie. 

A sincere thank you to the many health care professionals who supported him at home, (especially Becky and Dr. Scher) and the staff at Douglas Memorial Hospital.  Your genuine care, and the dignity that you provided is truly appreciated.
