Dear Diana and family,
So sorry to hear of Kelly's passing. I worked with Kelly from 2014 to 2016 at a recent project before he retired. What a pleasure getting to know him! Kelly is the kind of man who made large problems small and who got on with life with a smile and without complaint. He was a blessing to all who knew him, small in size, but a giant in stature. I will forever be thankful for the days I was able to spend in his presence.
