Obituary of Mary Jayne Theresa Aitken

Aitken, Mary Jayne Theresa, passed away peacefully in hospital holding hands with her daughter, a month before her 71st Birthday. Mary Jayne was born on February 21st, 1950 in the city of Toronto to loving parents Agnes and Raymond Fremeau and siblings Pat, Ray and Gayle. Loving and devoted parent to Jeffery, Danielle and Greg, and now missed by their partners, Mariana, Duane and Dayna. Doting grandmother to Maria-Clara, Nicholas, Alexander, Jonathan, Mackenzie, Hunter and Madison. Predeceased by spouse and father to her children, Douglas Aitken (deceased 2008),  Jayne will be held close in the hearts of the Aitken family. Also predeceased by second spouse, Steven Bremer (deceased 2014). Will be missed by his son Steven (Elizabeth) and grandsons Aaron (Tabitha) and Jesse (Amber).  Most loved aunt to Trish, Dan, David (deceased 1992), Phil, Mark, Jovawne, Julia, Lori, Julie, Keith and Dylan. Missed already by her dearest sister-in-law, Heather MacVicar.  Jayne loved to spend time on a beach or by a pool with a caesar in her hand often in the company of her dear friend Jayne. She loved cooking for others, especially when it meant having her family and friends gather around her table. Always, first and foremost, she loved her kids and adored her grandchildren. Williams Funeral Services entrusted with arrangements. Private church service will be held Friday February 5th at 11:00 am at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Fort Erie On.  Interment and celebration of life to occur at a later date.
