Lucille, Meeting Art and You as new friends has indeed been a treasured gift through this last year. Art's talents were many and he shared them so generously with us from his paintings, drawings, garden tips and great stories of a full life to his obvious affection and love of your successful marriage. It was clear you were the best of friends. We look forward to that game of cards when we are all together again soon. Jim and Mary Louise Gallant.

Lucille words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel at the passing of Art. We met at the Art Club and he became my indroducer to that world and for that I will be forever grateful. He was funny, and talented and I am pleased to say my friend. I hope that the wonderful memories you have of Art as well as the love and friendship you have around you, will support you through this time and help you to smile once more.

Art was always one of my favourite library patrons. We always had a chuckle or two when he came it. It was nice to see them at Cinefest when we could still meet for Francofest. The last time I saw him was during the South Niagara Artists Tour. He was hosting at one of the venues and proudly showing his artwork. It was so nice to talk with him that day. Sincere Condolences to Lucille and their family.
