I'm so sorry to hear of Edna's passing. All through high school she and Ernie were my second parents. I loved them both. They were so good to me. I have nothing but wonderful memories of the McDermott household. My condolences to Patti, Elaine and Jennifer

I am so terribly sorry to hear of Mrs McDermott's passing.. . she will always be a wonderful memory from my childhood.. anytime I would walk past her house, she would always have a friendly smile and wave.. she would give me jelly donuts if I went into Pep's and she'd be working..
