Obituary of Clara Burger

BURGER, Clara (nee Johnston) – passed away at Maple Park Lodge on Sunday, January 14, 2018 in her 96th year. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Burger (2008) and son James (1997). Loving mother of Faye Chambers (Leslie) and Holly Beers (Merle). Cherished grandmother of Bradley (Wanda), David, Brent (Laurie), Darren, Kevin (Tammy) and Lynn (Dave). She will be lovingly remembered by her 14 great grandchildren, sister-in-law Gertrude Johnston and many nieces and nephews. Clara was a member of the Faith Rebekah Lodge #84, Welland for over 50 years. Williams Funeral Services, 722 Ridge Road North, Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive their friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Autism Ontario.
