Brenda and I spent many hours in the water in Reeb's Bay as teenagers. Our friendship was rekindled when I began to come home (from B.C.) to take care of my Mom.
What I appreciated most about Brenda was her appreciations of live, her compassion for others .her common sense and the ability to live in joy despite the sometime not so great circumstance. I know that she loved her family dearly and often spoke of them to me(as well as her chickens).
I am sorry that she did not get the chance to come out to B.C. once last time(although she sure gave it a good try and we had fun planning it).
To her family she led by example and I know the love that she surrounded you with will help you in the times to come. You now have a Spiritual relationship with her so know that she is not gone completely from your lives but lives in your hearts, Kathy Trew
