Obituary of James "Jim" Mills

It is with sadden heart we announce that James (Jim) Mills passed away peacefully on Oct 29th , 2016 at the age of 60. He is predecease by his father, Frank A. Mills, his mother, Marie Mills (Bradt), and his brother, Frank J. Mills. He is survived by his brother Rick (Sandy) Mills, his sister Susan Mills and his best friend and partner Linda Giroux. Jim took early retirement from Tykes Road Preserve and spent his days puttering around the house fixing things in a unique way, or as Jim would call it "Mikey Millsing" it. When he wasn't doing this, you could find him with his nose buried in a good book or on the computer racing cars with his friends. He loved the outdoors and sitting around talking trivia. Jim loved history. Mention the war of 1812 and he would talk to you for hours on the subject. Williams Funeral Services, 722 Ridge Road N, Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will be held on Saturday November 5, 2016 from 1-2 pm, followed by a celebration of life at the Fort Erie Legion starting at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored for donations to be sent to New Port Centre. Jim you will be deeply missed. Be at peace
