Obituary of Alice Elizabeth "Beth" Kieffer

KIEFFER, Alice Elizabeth (October 19, 1936 – July 5, 2016) Beth Kieffer, and don’t call her by her first name Alice, a caring and kind person, unless you called her Alice, died on Tuesday July 5, 2016. Daughter of John and Annie Wild (both deceased) of Blenheim, ON Beth, best known according to her 6 kids, 12 grandchildren, and 2 great grand kids (with two more on the way), for her delicious pies and butter tarts, but more so for her caring and compassion for the sick and elderly. Beth was one of three triplets in Blenheim Ontario, with her two sisters, Ann (deceased) and Molly (deceased) that added to an already sizeable family. Including brothers Stan (deceased), Bob (surviving/Huntsville), Jim (deceased), and older sister Barb (surviving/Glencoe). Beth married William Kieffer (deceased), and with whom they had two girls, Cathy and Mary Beth of Port Colborne. Also, four boys, Ronald of Ridgeway, Michael of Crescent Park, Paul of Ridgeway, and Thomas of Prattville, AL. Beth was an accomplished and well-respected Registered Nurse, who cared for her patients, more than anything in her 30 plus year career at Port Colborne General Hospital. She enjoyed gardening, and traveling. Williams Funeral Services 722 Ridge Rd. North, Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. A service to celebrate Beth’s life will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 149 South Mill Street, Ridgeway, on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock. In memory of Beth those who wish may make a memorial donation to ONE Foundation.
