Obituary of John Earl Marr

Marr: John Earl - John suddenly and peacefully passed away with his family by his side at Greater Niagara General Hospital, Niagara Falls at the age of 79 on Sunday, May 29th, 2016. Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Ammer) for 52 years. Loving father of Nancy (Ken) Geyer, Don (Jen), John (Valerie) and Tracy (Eric) Mion. Cherished Papa of Eric, Alysha, Dylan, Alex, Bailey, Jessica and Sara. Dear brother of Art (Archie) and Mary. Missed by his Aunt Gladys and many nieces, nephews and his in-laws Mary, Helen, Mouse, Jack, and David Sr.. John worked at INCO for 36 years and was a life member Royal Canadian Legion Br# 230 in Ridgeway. Williams Funeral Services 722 Ridge Rd N. Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 1st from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Celebration of Life for John will be held at 11am Thursday June 2nd, at Windmill Point Church on Stonemill Rd. in Ridgeway. Interment to follow in the churchyard.
