Obituary of Helen Marie Christie

CHRISTIE, HELEN MARIE passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital On Saturday, January 16, 2016 in her 97th year. (Cremation has taken place) Beloved wife of the late Ken Christie (2007). Dearly loved mother of Lynn (Julie) Christie, Wendy (Bob) Gilmour, Janice Christie, Susan (the late Lyle) Bolibruck and Rodney (Betty) Christie. Survived by Viola Robson, B.C. and Lois Climenhaga, Florida. Grandmother of eleven cherished grandchildren and fourteen adored great-grandchildren. Predeceased by three brothers and five sisters. North, Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements A memorial service will be held at the People’s united Church in Ridgeway on Friday, January 22 at 11am with reception to follow in the church hall. In lieu of flowers donations to the People’s United Church in Ridgeway, in memory of Helen Christie, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
