Obituary of Betty Marie Koabel

Koabel, Betty Marie nee Stoner Born on September 12, 1926. Passed away peacefully on October 20, 2015 surrounded by family. Betty was a loving wife and mother who will be greatly missed by her family. She was also a longstanding active member of St. George's Parish. She is survived by her children & grandchildren: Wayne (Pat) Koabel - David (Megan) Greg Judy (Larry) Miller - Brian (Deanna) Sheri (Terry) Amy Elayne (John) Curtis - Peter Joanne (Rick) Cudney - Mary (Mark) Tanya (Rob) Patty Mountain - Sarah (Cory) Amanda (Dave) Lindsey (Shane) Len Koabel - Jai, Megan John (Shannon) Koabel - Demetrius Cassy Bonnie Koabel Margie (Wayne) Neamtz - Jennie (Corey) Emily,Teresa, Michael Also survived by 15 great grandchildren, sister Janette (Clint) Mordon, brother Donald Stoner and several nieces & nephews. Betty was predeceased by her husband Pete Koabel (1983), a baby daughter Mary Catharine (1961), her parents Wilfrid & Jennie Stoner, brothers Walter, Harold & Ray and sister Mildred. Williams Funeral Services 722 Ridge Rd N Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Sunday October 25th, from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. George’s Roman Catholic Church, Crystal Beach, Ontario on Monday October 26th, at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
