Obituary of Ethel Crown

CROWN, Ethel (nee Roberts) - Passed away Thursday January 8th, at Welland County General Hospital in her 95th year. Predeceased by her husband Fred Crown (1997). Dear mother of Nancy (Bill) Freeman, David (Nancy) Crown, Barbara (Matthew) Botden and Philip (Norma) Crown and loving grandmother of Michael (Krista), Mark, Justin (Jaclyn), Jacob, Steven, Shannon (Steven), Nicole and Frances. Proud great grandmother of Olivia Freeman. Ethel is survived by her sister Marion Sider and sister-in-law Dorothy Roberts. She was also predeceased by siblings Florence Skiffington, Charles Alton Roberts and Frank Roberts. Mom enjoyed time spent with family and will be remembered for her gentle loving soul. A heartfelt thanks to the caring staff at Woodlands of Sunset. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 pm on Sunday January 11th at Williams Funeral Services, 722 Ridge Rd. North, Ridgeway, Ontario. Funeral will follow at 2pm. Private interment will take place at a later date. If desired, in lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Woodlands of Sunset, Welland or All Saints Anglican Church, Ridgeway.
