Obituary of William Clarance Hamm

Hamm, William Clarance Passed away at the Crescent Park Lodge on December 9th, 2014 at the age of 88. Survived by his sister Doris Mead. Predeceased by his parents William and Beatrice, sisters Marie Lambert (Kenneth), Catharine Schroyer (Ambrose) and Leona Minor (Leo) William was born and raised on the family farm where he continued farming long after his Father’s death. The stories and memories will live on with his many nieces and nephews. William also worked at the Maple Leaf Mills from 1950 – 1962. The family extend their thanks to the wonderful staff at Crescent Park Lodge and Dr. Spencer for taking care of William. Respecting William’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held in the Williams Funeral Services Chapel, 722 Ridge Rd. on Saturday December 13th at 11 o’clock. Interment to follow in Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery and a reception will follow. If so desired, a donation to the Alzheimer’s Society in William’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
