Obituary of Jacqueline A. Teal

TEAL, Jacqueline A. - On Tuesday October 7th, 2014, Jackie peacefully passed away, with her daughters by her side, at Douglas Memorial Hospital at the age of 73 years. She is survived by her loving husband Gerald of 51 years, her children Micheal (Karen), Wendy (Gary) and Laurie (Rene), her grandchildren Ryan, Cheryl, Lily, Ivy and Darwin. She is also survived by five of her ten siblings. Williams Funeral Services, 722 Ridge Rd. N, Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will be held on Thursday October 9th from 11-1 p.m. A service will follow in the Williams Chapel at 1 o’clock. In memory of Jackie those who wish may donate to the Canadian Cancer Society. A special thank you to Dr. Scher, Pat Eberly and to the Palliative Team at DMH and especially Lorrainne and Dawson for their exceptional care and compassion during her last hours.
