Obituary of Thelma Sider

SIDER, Thelma (Bearss) - of Ridgeway passed into the arms of Jesus, on Monday, March 17th. Survived by her son Robert (Joan) Sider, daughter Betty-Lou (Mike) Anderson, grandchildren Jeff (Heidi) Sider and their children, Evan and Bethany, Jonathan (Laura) Sider and their children, Duncan and Annie, Jason (Liz) Sider and their children, Noah and Elleigh, Katie Anderson and Jacob Anderson. Loving sister of Leo Bearss and Ross (Michelle) Bearss. Predeceased by her precious husband, Ross Sider and parents, Chester and Beatrice Bearss. Thelma was a dear sister in law and predeceased by Miriam Bearss, Rose Bearss, Kenneth (Grace) Sider, Clifford (Mabel) Sider, Ida (Bill) Huffman, Mary (Donald) Main. Thelma will be remembered most for her love for her family and her Lord, for her caring heart, and her gift of hospitality. The family will receive their friends at the Williams Funeral Home, 722 Ridge Road North, Ridgeway, Thursday, March 20, at 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service of celebration will be held at Riverside Community Church, 2669 Niagara Parkway, Fort Erie, ON, on Friday, March 21 at 11 a.m. Internment at Bertie BIC Cemetery, Stevensville. Memorial donations may be made to the Mission of Hope in Haiti where Thelma's granddaughter, Katie Anderson is currently serving. Please designate in memo line - Thelma Sider/Orphanage.
