Gale, William Allan “Bill”

Bill passed away peacefully with family by his side on June 17th 2023 at the Douglas Memorial Hospital at the age of 77. Loving husband of Pam “nee Comi”. Cherished father to Brent, James (Diana) and Bonnie (Paolo). Adoring grandfather of Noah, Rocco and Mason. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Jim (Glenn), John (Allison), sister-in-law Mary (the late Gary) his niece, Melanie who he often referred to as his first daughter and nephews Alex and Will.

Bill worked at John Deere where he took his early retirement after 30 years to support his daughter and first born grandchild, Noah, refusing to leave his side during his extended hospital stays. He later began a second career with Dunn the Mover in Fort Erie, where he enjoyed interacting with all the children and their families. Bill was so proud of his family including the family’s history with People’s Memorial United Church in Ridgeway, some may even remember him as their Sunday school teacher.

The family would like to thank Dr.Scher and PSW’s Sarah, Lillian and Wyatt for their loving care.
