Obituary of Martinus Jacobus Arts
Martin Arts passed away surrounded by family after a brief illness, on May 28th, 2023 in his 65th year. Predeceased by his parents Martin Arts Sr. and Elizabeth. Survived by his dear companion of 32 years Nikki Skrypnyk.
Lovingly remembered by his stepchildren Martin (Ellen), Melinda (Duncan) and Erin (Vinny). Greatly missed by his grandkids Alec, Caius, Atticus and Olena who were the apple of his eye. Fondly remembered by his siblings Jerry (Rhonda), Tony, Henry, Mary and Wally (Angel) as well as many special nieces and nephews and friends. Many thanks to the care providers at Welland Hospital and the team at the Hamilton General Cardiac Care Unit.
Cremation has taken place.
Arrangements entrusted to Williams Funeral Services, Ridgeway, Ontario.
Visitation Monday June 5th from 5:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
