Eileen passed peacefully in her sleep at home on September 2, 2021.  Loving wife of Butch.  Proud mother to Edward Winger and Bev Hannigan.  Sadly missed by stepchildren Deborah Baer-Gilbert, William Baer and Gerald Baer.  She adored her grandchildren Jessica & Amy Hannigan, Bronson Gilbert & Penelope, Owen and Marisol Baer.  She is survived by her brother Owen Schweyer, many nieces, nephews and extended family.  Predeceased by twin sister Jean Morningstar and their younger sister Lois Dakin.

Williams Funeral Services 722 Ridge Rd. N. Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. A service will be held in the Williams Funeral Chapel on Monday September 20th at 12 noon. Attendance will be limited due to restrictions at the location of the reception.
