Obituary of Verna Teal

TEAL, Verna R. – On Monday September 9th, 2013, Verna peacefully passed away at Maple Park Lodge at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Nayland “Rusty” for 58 years, loving mother of Wendy (Pete) Fletcher, Brad, Bret and Cindy (Don) Beach; cherished grandmother of Jesse, Sarah (Karl), Nathan (Kerissa), Carlie (Dan) and great grandmother of Robert, Andrew and Charlie. Verna will be remembered for her many years of volunteering as a helper at Ridgeway Public School. She was an active member of the Ridgeway Lioness, receiving many awards for her loyalty and dedication. “We’ll always have a jingle in our pocket” WILLIAMS FUNERAL SERVICES, 722 Ridge Road North, Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. A graveside service will be held at Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery on Wednesday September 11th, 2013 at 3:00 o'clock. In memory of Verna, those who wish, may make a memorial donation to the Parkinson Society of Canada.
