Obituary of James F. Rigsby

RIGSBY, James F. – Died Friday October 18th at GNGH, at the age of 92. Loving husband of Ruth for 67 years, he is also survived by his son Terry (Judy), his daughter Vicki Lynn, his grandchildren Kristine (Ryan) Beck, James (Sondra) Rigsby and great- granddaughter Khloe. Jim was a Tool and Diemaker by trade. He proudly served in the Navy as CPO 1st class on the corvette Norsyd during WW II and was with the ship when it was commissioned and decommissioned. After the war he owned a number of businesses which over the years included a restaurant, gas station and motel all in London, Ontario. He enjoyed many hobbies and loved spending time with his family and pets. He will be greatly missed and is much loved. . WILLIAMS FUNERAL SERVICES, 722 Ridge Road North, Ridgeway entrusted with arrangements. A Memorial Service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 149 South Mill Street, Ridgeway on November 2nd at 2 p.m. Donations to the charity of your choice in his memory would be appreciated.
