Obituary of Charlene Fidler

FIDLER, CHARLENE – It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Charlene on Thursday May 10th 2018 at the age of 52. Born May 30th, 1965. Loving wife and best friend to David Barbier for 23 great years. Charlene will be always remembered and sadly missed by her large family of nine siblings, Lynn Glapski, Richard Fidler, Beverly (Dan) Johnston, Rodger (Darlene) Fidler, Tammy (Raymond) Hartman, Lorie (Chris) Borg, Bonnie Kwiecien, and Paula Mauchlen. Predeceased by her parents Douglas and Anita Fidler and by her brother Jeffery Fidler. Charlene will be sadly missed by her animals “her kids” Jake, Millie, Pumpkin and Roamer and along with her nieces, nephews and many great nieces and nephews. She will be especially missed by her niece “more like her sister” Christine Leifso. Also missed by sister and brother in law Karen and John Arbour, mother in law Doreen Barbier and predeceased by father in law Russell Barbier. Charlene cared for everyone she came in to contact with. She loved to stop and chat if she saw you on the street. Charlene was the glue that held her family together. We love you Charlene and will miss you dearly. Williams Funeral Services has been entrusted with funeral arrangements, 722 Ridge Rd, N. Ridgeway. The family will receive friends on Monday May 14th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held in the chapel on Tuesday May 15th at 11 a.m. Those who wish may donate to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
