Surrounded by love, Bill passed away at home after a courageous battle at the age of 78.  Loving husband of Ann Marie.  Proud father of Ann Marie (Randy) Busch, William Roy "Billy" Tarzwell and Mary Ellison.  Proud grandfather of Brian (Janel), Aaren, Julian,  David, Dexter and Ash.  Cherished great grandfather to Desi, Sterling and Sevyn.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as his large extended family.  He was the last surviving child of Anne and Charles Tarzwell.

Bill worked for the Niagara Region Roads Department for 30 years.

Williams Funeral Services entrusted with arrangements.  Family and Friends will visit on Monday January 5th from 1-3 and 6-8.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. George Catholic Church, Crystal Beach on Tuesday at 11 am.  Interment to follow in Ridgeway Memorial Cemetery.
