Grover Emerson Johnston

1942 – 2025

Grover Emerson Johnston, age 83, went to be with the Lord on October 29, 2025, in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Born in Ridgeway, he lived most of his life in the Niagara region.

Beloved husband of 57 years to Margaret (Silver) of Kinmount. Loving father of Paul (Beverley) and David (Brenda). Cherished Papa of Jacob, Alandra, Kendra, and Rylan.

Grover worked at General Motors for 30 years and shared his faith through Niagara Church Films and The Drive-In for Christ. He loved the Lord, enjoyed missionary work, classic movies, Civil War history, woodworking, and traveling with Margaret.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 15th at 11:00 a.m. at Redeemer Bible Church, 3017 Montrose Rd., Niagara Falls. Arrangements have been entrusted with Williams Funeral Services. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Redeemer Bible Church or Project Share.
