Tom was one of my very favorite library patrons! He loved to get his hands on the popular best-sellers, but didn't always manage to get them back on time. He paid his fines cheerfully, while chastising himself for accruing them. I missed chatting with him after I retired. He was such fun to chat with. I'm sure that his home was a fun place to hang out. My sincere condolences to all who.loved him.

Tom. Celeste, David and families...we're so very sorry for your loss. I have so many wonderful and funny memories of your dad going back to Cherryhill Blvd when our families shared many meals together! One summer Tom and I were home alone. Mum was in Europe, David and Jennifer were at Camp and Liz and Wendy were off doing their thing. I had a lifeguard job and Tom was working construction. We didn't see each other too much. Tom would go out at night and I would stay home reading. Without fail when Tom came home each night he marked my place in the book that I was reading and turned off the light for me. We never spoke of this unbidden kindness. We would discuss books we were reading - I miss that. His little sister Candy.

Tom was an incredible down to earth man. He helped me in my younger foolish years and later in life helped my mother thru various legal issues right up to her last will. She always dropped off a case of OV on his porch for his continuous help and kindness. He will be missed, thank you for everything Tom and condolences to your family.

So terribly sorry to hear of Tom's passing. He was a really nice person, helped me resolve my Mothers estate, and always had a friendly word for everyone. My condolences to all of his family.
