Sincere condolences and God's comfort to Ruth and all the family re. the loss of this beloved matriarch. I don't recall the pleasure of ever meeting her, but I do have fond and humorous memories of working with Kenny during my College days with the Town's road department in the mid 1970's.
I'm also in the archival book of Winger family and descendants. We're all connected.
